This policy explains what personal data Closer (closer.rs) collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and settings.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, not your card details.
• Site content: pages, images, products and form submissions on your sites.
• Visit statistics: for sites hosted on Closer we count page views without cookies. Visitors are identified by a hash of IP address and browser that changes every day, so individuals cannot be tracked over time.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process payments, send account and billing emails, and improve Closer. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

We use trusted providers to run the service, such as Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (network and security), OpenRouter (AI features) and our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your sites and personal data, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices).

Visitors of sites on Closer

Site owners are responsible for the data they collect through their sites (for example contact forms) and should publish their own privacy policy.
