Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Closer (closer.rs), a service for building and hosting websites, funnels and digital product stores.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2. Free trial and subscription

New accounts get a free trial. After the trial, a paid plan is required to keep sites online. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are not refundable except where required by law.

3. Your content and sales

You own the content you publish and you are responsible for it, including products you sell, prices, taxes and your own terms with your customers. Payments for your products are processed by Stripe on your own Stripe account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Closer for illegal content, scams, phishing, malware, spam, infringement of others' rights, or content that is hateful or sexually exploits minors. We may suspend sites or accounts that break these rules.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Accounts without an active plan may be deleted after a notice period. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard.
